Naval Air Station Kingsville Installation Development Plan

Onyx/URS Joint Venture worked with NAS Kingsville stakeholders and leadership to update and develop an Installation Development Plan for the training base in South Texas. This Plan included two ADP workshops to further refine the stakeholder’s future development vision for the Airfield and Town Center districts on base that were included as part of the overall Plan.
