More About Onyx's Regional SeaPort-e Participation
NAVSEA selected a regional "zone" approach for SeaPort-e program participants in order to preserve the local vendor base that currently supports Navy ordering activities, encourage small business participation, reduce the need for complicated teaming arrangements, and ensure adequate competition for all requirements in all zones.
The Onyx Group contract is valid for the following zones:
Zone 2: National Capital Zone
Zone 3: Mid Atlantic Zone
Zone 4: Gulf Coast Zone
Zone 6: Southwest Zone
