Senior Planner/Project Manager

We are seeking a "difference maker"—someone who epitomizes creativity, character, and charisma—to join our team as a Senior Planner/Project Manager in our Honolulu office.

We consistently meet deadlines, solve customer problems, and exceed expectations by offering exceptional services and products. As a Project Manager/Senior Planner, you will achieve these ends by leading, managing, and assisting with proposal preparation, setting project budgets, managing projects from inception to completion, and supporting marketing initiatives. These projects encompass land and facility solutions including land-use, site development, encroachment action, and master plans; feasibility studies; and space utilization analysis. Responsibilities include leadership and oversight of all aspects of production coordination and ensuring that the final deliverable surpasses clients' expectations.

You should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Urban Planning or Landscape Architecture and 5+ years of planning experience in a professional firm; exceptional writing and editing skills; familiarity with GIS or CADD software programs; and be a U.S. Citizen. Some travel is anticipated. Military master planning experience is highly desirable.
