We are seeking a “difference maker”—someone who epitomizes creativity, character, and charisma—to join our team as a Senior Military Planner in our Old Town Alexandria office.
We consistently meet deadlines, solve customers’ problems, and exceed expectations by offering exceptional services and products. As a Senior Military Planner, you will achieve these ends by leading, managing, and assisting with proposal preparation, setting project budgets, managing projects from inception to completion, and supporting marketing initiatives. These projects encompass land and facility solutions including land-use, site development, encroachment action, and master plans; feasibility studies; and space utilization analysis. Responsibilities include leadership and oversight of all aspects of production coordination and ensuring that the final deliverable surpasses clients' expectations.
You must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Urban Planning or Landscape Architecture and 5+ years of military master planning experience in a professional firm; exceptional writing and editing skills; familiarity with GIS and CADD software programs; have the ability to travel when necessary; and be a U.S. Citizen. Military master planning experience is a requirement.
