Health and Wellness Benefits
Medical: A medical plan through CareFirst BlueCross is available to all employees and their dependents who wish to participate. Eligibility is from the first day of employment.
Dental: A dental plan through Guardian is available to all employees and their dependents who wish to participate. Eligibility is from the first day of employment.
Vision: A vision plan through Spectera is available to all employees and their dependents who wish to participate. Eligibility is from the first day of employment.
Employee Assistance Plan: All employees are entitled to the services of our EAP. The plan is provided through Unum and available 24 hours a day. Eligibility is from the first day of employment.
Travel Assistance Program: All employees are entitled to the service of our travel assistance program when traveling over 100 miles away from home. The travel assistance program is through Unum. Eligibility is from the first day of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts: All employees are eligible from their first day of employment to participate in a company-sponsored flexible spending account. The plan allows pre-tax payroll deductions to be used for dependent care, medical (including over-the-counter drug purchases), dental, and vision expenses.
